Boston is such a great family destination! We had a weekend there before our Eurotrip and loved every minute of it. A world-class children’s museum. Fabled Fenway Park. Swan Boats. The Freedom Trail. It’s no wonder Boston is one of North America’s favorite family destinations.

Depending on what time of the year you visit Boston, you should consider a Fenway tour or a BASEBALL Game. The Boston Red Sox were founded in 1901 and moved to Fenway Park in 1912. It’s such a cool park with history. The Red Sox have won 8 World Championships and played in twelve. So this is a must see stop on your Boston Trip!
There is so much to see in Boston. Hidden parks, Harvard, amazing donuts, swan tours, changing leaves, and Harry Potter shops. We loved Boston but there is so much to see. Why not Bike it and enjoy the wind in your hair?
There are thousands of aquatic creatures in the New England Aquarium and a few rescued sea turtles. There is a touch pool and so many other fun exhibits. Our favorite was the four story coral reef featuring hundreds of Caribbean animals.
The animal list at the Franklin Park Zoo is amazing. So many beautiful creatures and an aviary where beautiful colorful birds will land right on you! The Children’s zoo was pretty cute too with beautiful animals like the Azure-winged magpies and prairie dogs!
Bonus : My daughter has been in Mandarin Immersion School, so we did stop by Chinatown in Boston. It’s a cute little neighborhood but the cigarette smoke was almost too much to handle. Maybe go on a windy day?
