Y’all I love watermelon in the summer, I’m actually growing it in my garden. Watermelons are so healthy, I’ve already posted some of the health benefits of watermelon. Here is a fun watermelon popsicle recipe and an ultimate list of fun watermelon recipes for the summertime. Some watermelons are so big, you can enjoy a slice and then make one of these great ideas. Now you don’t have to try that Tiktok trend of putting mustard on watermelon.

Cute Watermelon Popsicle Recipe
Course: Snack/Dessert
Cuisine: International
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Freezing Time: 6 hours
Total Time: 6 hours 20 minutes
Servings: 8-10 popsicles (Depending on your mold capacity)
Ingredients
3 cups/450 g – Fresh Watermelon (Cubed)
¾ cup Coconut Yogurt (Sugar Free) (Greek Yogurt is also good here)
4-5 Kiwis (Cubed)

Recipe Instructions
Step 1: Cube the watermelon and blend it in a blender or a food processor.

Step 2: Transfer the watermelon pure to the molds and freeze for 3 hours.

Tip: If your popsicle molds don’t include a stick rack, freeze for one hour and a half and then take them out of the freezer and stick the wooden sticks in the watermelon popsicle. Put back the mold in the freezer and wait until the watermelon popsicle is completely frozen.

Step 3: Add a thin layer of coconut yogurt over the watermelon popsicle and put back the mold in the freezer and let it freeze for an hour and a half.

Step 3: Peel and cut the kiwi in cubes and blend it in a blender or a food processor.
Take the popsicles out of the freezer and add the last layer over the coconut yogurt layer and put the molds back in the freezer and let it freeze for at least one hour and a half or until completely frozen.

Final Step: Your watermelon popsicles are ready when they are completely frozen! Enjoy!
